1. Select "Tools" from the menu bar and click on "Internet Options...".
2. Click the "Privacy". Your cookie status should be clearly marked in bold.
3. If it reads "Block all cookies." Use the scroll bar, to the left, to enable cookies by sliding it down.
4. A level of "Medium High" is required, so slide scroll bar until it reads "Medium High"
5. When finished, or if cookies are already enabled, Click "OK".
6. Click the Refresh button in the browser's row of icons.

3. Click the Privacy and Security category; expand the list to show the subcategories.
4. Click Cookies
5. Choose:
   • Enable cookies for the originating web site only
6. Click "OK"
