Warranty
The following warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Recommendations for proper use of the product are based on tests believed to be reliable. Any goods proven to be defective due to materials will be replaced, or purchase price refunded, but in no event shall the manufacturer be responsible for damages in excess of the purchase price. User shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risks of its use or handling.

Project estimates, quantities and any additional layouts or recommendations are made under the assumption that all information provided is accurate and reliable. SnoBlox-SnoJax, or any subsidiary brands or companies, is not responsible for estimates or purchases resulting from the erroneous or improper use of the SnoBlox-SnoJax Project Estimator. Proper use of the product and snow guard placement is based on 30 years of experience and laboratory tests believed to be reliable. The user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risks of its use or handling and are responsible for their use of the Project Estimator. Iceblox Inc. d.b.a. SnoBlox - Snojax will not be held not liable for correct material quantities recommended on project estimator quotations and or layouts.
