VentSaver HD-C is recommended for the most extreme snow conditions.

The VentSaver HD-C offers the trusted strength of the VentSaver HD with additional 10" height for taller applications. The VentSaver HD-C is made from non-corrosive, powder-coated aluminum and one stainless steel aircraft cable. Also provided are 2 stainless steel nuts and nylon locking bolts. The HD-C will fit any roof pitch and an infinite array of sizes from 1" to 14" across. The combined massive fins have a 23" - 25" standing profile that is designed to protect taller roof stacks, chimneys, gas vents, and masts.

VentSaver HD-C Additional Information:

Designed to fit vents, chimneys, or stack pipes that measure 1" - 14" across with the included 45" long stainless steel cables. Protects a standing profile of approximately 23" - 25" and includes a snow diverter wing kit for panel valleys measuring 14" or wider. Please note that there is a minimum of 14" of flat area required between the major ribs, centered behind the pipe, to use the snow diverter wing kit. Wing kit spacers are provided to straddle minor ribs, if present in the panel. Installation of the wing kit is required with the HD-C. The C-Kit Vertical Fin can be purchased separately and mounted to an existing VentSaver HD. Installation of the C-Kit on other VentSaver Models is not recommended.

The VentSaver HD-C model is powder-coated light gray and has a standing profile of 23" - 25". It comes with an optional wing kit that spans 14 inches. Please note that the HD-C can only be used with the VentSaver HD with the wing kit installed.

About VentSaver

In 2002, Rick Long revolutionized the industry with the patented VentSaver FB-151 and VentSaver P-383 stack and stove pipe snow guards. These products became essential as customers often misapplied snow guards in isolated areas that are prone to failure. VentSaver snow diverters effectively maintain vent stack pipes and chimneys on the roof. They have a fin and cable for support, so they divert snow and ice away from the pipes. In 2010, the VentSaver HD, designed for heavy snow regions, was released and gained rapid popularity. The SS VentSaver kit introduced non-penetrating attachment to standing seam metal roofs. VentSaver EZ replaced older FB-151 and P-383 models in 2020. In 2023, VentSaver Extreme arrived to address issues with taller, wider stove pipes, ensuring enhanced protection.
