Heavy-duty Aluminum Snow Rail Bar System Featuring Two Structural Aluminum ColorBars
Double bar ColorBar snow rail systems are securely attached to a standing seam panel using the patented aluminum RCT RoofClamp and stainless steel set screws. The structural dual ColorBars feature three supports in each bar instead of just one. The Two Bar ColorBar bracket features top-loading upper and lower bar channels for fast installation. Two grooves in the face of the bar can accept optional 2-inch metal color strips. The bars, brackets, and clamps can also be powder-coated to match the panel. The two-bar ColorBar double snow bar system accommodates about 95 percent of the industry's sloped standing seam roof panels.
Continuous 2-Bar Standing Seam Metal Roof Snow Retention System
This continuous structural aluminum double bar joins together with the included aluminum splice connector. The double bar runs the entire roof length in a nice, clean line.
Double Bar ColorBar Snow Rails are Safe for Concealed Fastener Metal Roofs
The ColorBar double snow bar system is a safety product that helps prevent rooftop snow and ice avalanches that can cause personal injury and damage to gutters, landscaping, HVAC units, cars, and lower roof areas. This product is ideal for standing seam metal roofs. It features a one-piece aluminum clamp with three non-penetrating, cup-tipped set screws. Unlike other systems, our roof clamps do not require the bar to pass through the clamps to install. The double ColorBar easily top-loads onto the double bar bracket for easy installation. The set screws only need 90 inch-pounds of torque, which is nearly half of what other manufacturers recommend.

Two Bar ColorBar Snow Rails Use Low Torque Set Screws
The standing seam roof clamps feature three "cup-tipped" stainless steel screws, not one or two slippery "round nose" screws. Because our set screws are cup tipped, they do not require a high torque setting like competing products. Our set screws have been proven in the field in the SnoBar® clamps for over 30 years and will not void the manufacturer's warranty.
Fast and Easy Installation
Exclusive low-torque roof clamps combined with top-loading brackets make this the fastest bar system in the industry to install. Fewer parts result in less labor during installation!

Standing Seam ColorBar Spacing Guide
Double Bar Standing Seam ColorBar Important Disclaimer:
Do not install this snow retention system on isolated roof areas, just over doorways, stack pipes, chimneys, or partial roof sections. Upper roofs, if any, must not be allowed to shed snow and ice onto lower roof areas with snow bars. Before using this product on lower roof areas, all upper roof areas must have a snow retention system. Never install a snow bar system beyond where the end wall and overhang connect. Always obtain a manufacturer's quantity and spacing recommendation before purchasing and installing this product. The installer of this system must carefully follow the manufacturer's installation and spacing recommendations. Not following the manufacturer's spacing and installation recommendations may result in severe roof panel damage, personal injury, or even death.
