Bundle Contents – Glue-Down Clear SnoBlox Deuce Kit

  • 150 × Clear SnoBlox Deuce Snow Guards
  • 6 × Tubes SB-190 Surebond Everseal Adhesive
  • 1 × Box of Large Metal Roof Cleaning Alcohol Wipes

This complete 150-piece kit includes everything needed to install SnoBlox Deuce snow guards on standing seam or screw-down metal roof panels. Combine multiple bundles to meet the demands of commercial or large-scale installations.

Adhesive Curing Time & Temperature Requirements

The SureBond SB-190 adhesive requires 28 days to cure. Temperatures below 50°F (10°C) will extend cure time but will not damage the bond. For best results, maintain temperatures above 50°F (10°C) during the curing period. Temperatures below 50°F (10°C) won't ruin the adhesive, but it may prolong the curing time.

SnoBlox Deuce Snow Guard Spacing Recommendation

Refer to our Adhesive Mounted Snow Guards Spacing Guideline for proper layout on metal roofs in Canadian snow zones.

Why Choose SnoBlox Deuce Snow Guards?

  • 100% American-Made from UV-stabilized clear polycarbonate.
  • Flat, 3-inch-wide forward-facing design reduces roof stress and leaks.
  • When installed with SB-190 adhesive, each guard supports up to 1,379 lbs (625 kg).
  • Best-selling snow guard in North America for over two decades.
  • Trusted Canadian supplier with 30 + years of service and support.
  • The SnoBlox Deuce are compatible with both standing seam and screw-down panels.

Quick Installation & Universal Fit

The SnoBlox Deuce polycarbonate snow guard offers a universal fit for most metal roof profiles. Apply SB-190 adhesive directly to clean panels, press firmly, and allow 28 days of curing above 50 °F (10 °C). Simple, fast, and field-proven across North America.

About SnoBlox-Snojax

In the late 1970s, we embarked on a quest for an improved snow guard solution that would be non-corrosive and nearly invisible to preserve the building's aesthetic appeal. After extensive testing, we obtained a patent for Snojax®, the world's first screw-down, clear, non-corrosive, polycarbonate snow guard. In 1985, we innovated further with the release of Snojax II, the world's first glue-down polycarbonate snow guard. By 2000, we introduced two patented SnoBlox® models, "Ace" and "Deuce," offering an economical alternative and resolving the challenge of straddling minor ribs. These models boasted the industry's first patented waffled base design, enhancing adhesive bonding. In 2005, we expanded our offerings with Icejax I and Icejax II, which were validated through rigorous testing by the renowned ATI professional testing laboratory. Our Snojax®, SnoBlox®, Icejax™, and SnowCatcher™ brands are the epitome of robust snow guards in the industry, validated by comprehensive testing.
