Snow Guard Bundles
Recently, SnoBlox-Snojax has received requests to make ready-made snow guard bundles available. The bundled snow guard kits are only available online at a limited-time introductory sale price. Our bundled snow guards include all the materials needed to install snow guards on your roof. We eliminated the guesswork regarding the necessary add-ons for installing different types of snow guards. Buying bundles of snow guards is more economical because they are prepackaged and ready to be shipped. Orders with multiple bundles may be consolidated to save on shipping costs. The smaller-sized snow guards are sold in quantities of 25 to match the required number of adhesives, sealants, and screws. For larger sizes of snow guards, selling in quantities of 20 pieces makes more sense. Bundling snow guards saves the consumer money because there is less waste when products are not over-purchased.

Snow Guard Bundles FAQ
First, identify how your metal roof is attached: does it connect to purlins with exposed fasteners, or does it snap to clips with concealed fasteners? We recommend mechanically fastened snow guards if your roof features exposed fasteners and is screw-down. Alternatively, you may choose adhesive-mounted snow guards if you prefer not to penetrate the panel. For roofs with concealed fasteners, avoid screwing through the roof; instead, always opt for adhesive-mounted snow guards or seam-mounted snow rails that clamp to the standing seams. We offer snow retention solutions to suit nearly every budget.
Installers determine the number of snow guards needed based on the roof slope's angle, the distance from the ridge to the eave, the panels' width, and the building's length. They must also consider the roof snow load specific to the building's location. We have created a Snow Guard Spacing Guideline Page to eliminate the guesswork in spacing snow guards on your roof.
The snow guard bundles consist of individual pad-style snow guards, each containing 20 to 25 pieces, depending on the selected model and size. These pad-style snow guards are staggered across the roof to create a robust holding field that prevents snow and ice from sliding off. Additionally, the SnoBar kits include 6 feet of galvanized SnoBar or aluminum ColorBar, which can be attached to the standing seam panel or mounted using a bracket that screws through the metal roof into the structure beneath.
Customers often inquire about what their purchase includes when buying snow guards from our store. Most of our pad-style snow guards come with options for screws and silicone or adhesive. Additionally, many customers want to know what we include in the add-on options for snow guards. Buying a snow guard bundle provides everything you need, including panel-cleaning wipes.
If your ground snow load exceeds 45 PSF, snow rails are a more suitable choice. Pad-style snow guards are typically more effective for snow loads under 45 psf. While users can install individual snow guards in higher snow loads, snow rails provide greater strength and support. Our strongest snow retention system is the structural aluminum ColorBar snow rail. The heavy-duty aluminum and galvanized snow rail options are available for PBR screw-down R-Panels, 2.67 corrugated steel panels, and Standing Seam Metal Roof Panels.
