NRM-1000, NRM-1750, NRM-2000, and NRM-2200 offer the broadest standing-seam compatibility in this guide because they accept both adhesive-mounted polycarbonate guards and the listed non-penetrating clamp-on products.
NRM-5000 and NRM-6000 accept adhesive-mounted products but not clamp-on rails or SnoCleat RC/RCT because their triangular tapered seams do not allow the clamps to achieve proper torque safely.
Copper roof panels are not suitable for adhesive-mounted polycarbonate snow guards. Aluminum and copper panels may also require additional rail rows because these materials are less rigid than steel. Test-fit a clamp before ordering a full clamp-on system, and add IceStopper attachments above pedestrian or parking areas when project conditions require improved ice management.
Snow Guards for Nu-Ray Metals Exposed Fastener Roof Panels
This exposed-fastener guide covers the NRM-4000, NRM-4500, NRM-7000, and NRM-9000 profiles. NRM-4000 and NRM-4500 provide central flats and minor-rib geometry for selected individual guards, SnowCatcher, PBR cleats, and PBR rail systems. NRM-7000 supports selected pad-style guards and PBR rails. The corrugated NRM-9000 requires products designed around its 2.67-inch wave geometry.
Exposed fastener reminder: When the chart shows a screw-down product as compatible, attach it at the correct panel location and into adequate structure beneath the roof sheet. Do not rely on the panel skin alone to carry snow loads, and do not place PBR products on the NRM-9000 corrugation or 2.67 products on the other three profiles.

NRM-4000 and NRM-4500 accept IceJax I, EcoJax, SnoBlox Deuce, SnoJax I, SnowBreaker, SnowCatcher, SnoCleat PBR, SnoBar PBR, and ColorBar PBR when installers use the appropriate mounting method and panel location.
NRM-7000 accepts EcoJax, SnoBlox Deuce, SnowBreaker, SnoBar PBR, and ColorBar PBR. NRM-9000 does not accept those PBR products; its corrugated shape works with SnoCleat 2.67, SnoBar 2.67, and ColorBar 2.67.
For mechanical installations, fasteners must engage suitable wood decking, purlins, or other approved structure. For adhesive-mounted polycarbonate guards, follow the SureBond SB-190 temperature and cure requirements, fill any panel irregularities with sufficient adhesive, and do not use them on copper roofs.
